Steffi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Systems Engineering. She brings over 6 years of professional experience as a Software Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where she developed strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills.

In addition to her career in IT, Steffi has been a passionate Math tutor for more than 10 years, working with both elementary and high school students. She joined Parinama Academy in 2019 and has since been an invaluable part of the team—not only as a volunteer Math instructor but also as a Technical Lead, contributing to the development and management of Parinama’s digital platforms. Her efforts in managing various platform sections have significantly supported the academy’s growth and operational efficiency.

Sudha is a rising junior at Westwood High School. After graduating,she plans on pursuing a major in computer science and a minor in astronomy. Some of her hobbies are playing tennis and basketball on the weekends. Additionally, she also enjoys playing the violin in her free time and is currently in her school’s orchestra program. Moreover, her passion and fondness for teaching kids drives her to ensure that all kids become independent, self -assured and confident leaders of tomorrow.

She started volunteering at Parinama Academy in the year of 2019.

My name is Ved Tiwari and I am currently a sophomore Industrial Distribution Engineering Major at Texas A&M. I have been working with Parinama Academy for over 2 years and have worked as a volunteer, intern, teacher, and now manager of the Ronald Reagan center. I currently am enrolled in summer classes and enjoy playing tennis and basketball in my free time.

Afrin is a high school senior who started working with Parinama in 2022 as a volunteer and is now an instructor for English students in all grades, as well as Math for students from PreK to Algebra 2 and Calculus. She is also an SAT English instructor. After graduating, she plans on studying Biochemistry and going to Medical school in the future. She has a fondness for teaching and strives to ensure all her students have a personalized learning experience according to them as well as all the resources they need to succeed.
