✔️ US Chess Federation Affiliate
Parinama Academy is a proud affiliate of the US Chess Federation (USCF), the official body for chess in the United States. Being an affiliate means we follow nationally recognized standards in teaching, training, and competitions. Our students benefit from access to the USCF rating system, official resources, and the chance to participate in rated events that track their progress over time. This opens doors for young players to grow from friendly games to nationally recognized tournaments.
✔️ US Tournament Chess Directors
Our chess programs and events are led by certified US Chess Tournament Directors. This ensures that every practice game, class event, and tournament is run with professionalism, fairness, and in line with official USCF rules. With their experience, our directors not only make tournaments smooth and enjoyable but also prepare students for the structure and discipline of higher-level competitions. Parents can feel confident that their child is learning in an environment that mirrors official tournament standards.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1) Why should my kid join?
At Parinama Academy, chess is more than just a game—it’s a tool to build focus, memory, problem-solving, and resilience. Our structured curriculum helps children think ahead, plan strategically, and grow both in confidence and patience. Plus, it’s fun! 🎉
2) Our kid is too busy.
We understand! Many of our students balance academics, sports, and other activities. Our flexible class schedules and leveled curriculum allow kids to progress at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed. Even 1–2 hours of chess a week can make a big difference.
3) My kid is a beginner—can you teach?
Absolutely! ✅ We specialize in teaching beginners through engaging lessons, interactive games, and puzzles. We make sure new players feel comfortable and excited from the very first class.
4) My kid already knows all the basic concepts.
Perfect! We assess each student individually and place them in the right level. If your child has mastered the basics, we’ll focus on advanced tactics, strategies, and competitive play to keep them challenged.
5) Will you start back from basics or from what they know?
We begin with a quick evaluation to understand your child’s current level. Then, we design a learning path—either reinforcing basics if needed or moving straight into advanced topics. This ensures they grow without unnecessary repetition.
6) Will you take us to competitions?
Yes! 🏆 Parinama Academy actively prepares and guides students for local, state, and national chess tournaments. We not only train them with competition-style practice but also support them through the registration process and tournament participation.
