Steffi - Math Instructor and Website Developer
She is Qualified with Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science and Master’s of Business Administration in System Engineering.
Experienced IT Professional with 6+ Years of Experience in Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Software Developer. She started volunteering at Parinama Academy in the year of 2019 and teaches Math. She volunteers on all Parinama Technological stack and properties and shapes it .

Swathi - Math and Chess Instructor
She is Qualified with Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science.
Experienced IT Professional with 3+ Years of Experience .She Joined Parinama Academy in the year 2017 and teaches Math and Chess.
She currently handles the operation part of the business, which involves scheduling the trainers and setting up good future goals in kids. Before moving to operations she was a volunteer trainer for Chess in Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD schools. She has been considering the positive insight for the Parinama Academy which also involves students and trainers. She graduated with a degree in computer science engineering.
She has strong family members and friends who encourage her to build a solid foundation for the company she works for.

She is Qualified with Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science

Chess Accomplishments: USCF active and rated member. Represented enrolled college(s) on intercollegiate chess tournaments.
Sudha - English Instructor
Sudha is a rising junior at Westwood High School. After graduating,she plans on pursuing a major in computer science and a minor in astronomy. Some of her hobbies are playing tennis and basketball on the weekends. Additionally, she also enjoys playing the violin in her free time and is currently in her school’s orchestra program. Moreover, her passion and fondness for teaching kids drives her to ensure that all kids become independent, self -assured and confident leaders of tomorrow.
She started volunteering at Parinama Academy in the year of 2019.
She currently conducts the Parinama clubs, in which she enjoys seeing the kids working and collaborating together while having fun and learning.
Sonia - Art Instructor & Designer
She is Qualified with Bachelor’s of Visual Comunication and Master’s of Business Administration .
Experienced IT Professional with 7+ Years of Experience in Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Graphic Designer. She started volunteering at Parinama Academy in the year 2020 and teaches Art & Crafts. She volunteers on all designing activites.

Math
The Math Course focuses from Pre K to Grade 12 following the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.It also focuses on the Math genius courses such as Pre algebra , Algebra 1 , Geometry , Algebra 2 , Trigonometry , Calculus and Precalculus.
Chess
The Chess Course starts with Foundation Level followed by Intermediate and Advanced Level.
English
The English Course focuses from Pre K to Grade 12 following the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. It also focuses on Creative writing , Grammar and a lot more.
Coding
