Meet Our Teachers

Rima is a 10th-grade student at Rouse High School passionate about technology, leadership, and service. At Parinama since 2023, she has hosted interviews, events, and workshops and now serves as Brand Ambassador and Volunteer Success Manager. She primarily teaches chess and supports math, English, and science.

Lindsey is an experienced educator in ESL and Spanish with a strong background in teacher training and academic administration. She builds engaging programs and supports consistent instructional quality.

Tyler has taught 6,000+ students in undergrad and graduate programs. As an executive career coach, he advises professionals in STEM, law, and medicine, helping teens and adults build confidence and long-term plans.

Michael holds a B.S. in IT and brings practical programming, networking, and user-centered design skills to help students apply technology to real-world problems.

Mehak is a curriculum designer and STEM instructor with a passion for coding and technology education. She helps students explore science and engineering concepts through interactive lessons and hands-on problem solving.

Steffi holds a B.E. in CS and an MBA. She brings 6+ years of software development and 10+ years tutoring math. At Parinama since 2019, she also supports platforms and operations.

Swathi holds a B.E. in CS and has 3+ years in IT. With Parinama since 2017, she teaches Math and Chess and manages scheduling and center operations.

Varsha teaches competitive math (CBE, AMC, MathCounts) and AP CS. She has 18+ years tutoring and is a lead teacher at Parinama since 2019.

Nehal holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and a Diploma in Pathology. She has 20+ years of teaching and 10+ years as a Medical Lab Technician, personalizing early learning foundations.

Sudha is a rising junior at Westwood HS with interests in CS and astronomy. She facilitates clubs and helps learners collaborate while building communication skills.

Sonia holds a B.V.C. and MBA, with 7+ years at Cognizant as a graphic designer. She teaches Art & Crafts and supports design activities at Parinama.

Ved is an Industrial Distribution Engineering major at Texas A&M. He has served as volunteer, intern, teacher, and now Ronald Reagan center manager.

Afrin began with Parinama in 2022 as a volunteer and now teaches English across all grades plus Math from Pre-K to Calculus. She also coaches SAT English and tailors resources so each student progresses with confidence.

Arif supports high-school learners with clear explanations and structured problem solving across Algebra, Calculus, and Physics.

Chaitanya helps students build strong CS fundamentals and hands-on robotics skills through projects and competitions.

Zarin focuses on reading comprehension, grammar, and effective writing—helping students craft clear essays and responses.

Jash coaches contest math with emphasis on strategies, puzzles, and clear reasoning to build confidence for competitions.
