Parinama Academy Policies

This page explains the various policies which are strictly followed at Parinama Academy. We request each parent/student to read the norms and follow the same . Immediate notification to admin@parinama.academy is required for a refund / cancellation / makeup .

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Monthly Programs

For Monthly programs we will need a notice before 20th of the month. Once we receive the notification by email to admin@parinama.academy we will process your request. Requests received after 21st of the month will be queued for processing  and you will be responsible to pay for the following month.
We will not issue partial refunds for monthly classes.

2. Special Group Programs

 We will not issue refunds unless we cancel the sessions.

3. Private Programs

 We will not issue refunds unless we cancel the sessions.

4. Career Development Trainings

We will not issue refunds unless we cancel the sessions.

Make Up Class Policy

1. Monthly Programs

There will be no make up classes for the Monthly Programs.

Makeup classes will be given only during excruciating situations or the teacher is absent on the scheduled day

Makeup form should be submitted for every makeup request

3. Private Programs

Private Programs offers as below if the student is unable to attend the classes due to any of the reason.

  • 3 Make up for a 10 classes Package
  • 1 Make up for a Monthly Private

4. Career Development Trainings

Booking Fee Policy

1. Assessment - Math , English , Chess & Coding

We charge a booking fee (Currently $4.99 per booking) for all the new and existing students Assessment

This fee is charged to cover the administrative charges involved in scheduling teachers, pay for extra teachers,materials ,make the parents commit to the schedule they choose. We use portion of the fee to pay for the Calendly app which helps scheduling .
Once reserved we will not refund the booking fee. Parents can cancel the session requested but the fee won’t be refunded.
Please don’t book sessions if you are not sure about your availability.

2. TAG Assessment

We charge a booking fee (Currenly $25 per student) for the TAG Assessment
This fee is charged to cover the adminstrative charges involved in scheduling teachers, pay for extra teachers,Assessment materials ,make the parents commit to the schedule they choose. We use portion of the fee to pay for the calendly app which helps scheduling .
Once reserved we will not refund the booking fee. Parents can cancel the session requested but the fee won’t be refunded.
Please don’t book sessions if you are not sure about your availability.
