Enrollment Duration:

• Parents who enroll for more than 4 weeks are eligible for a discounted rate of $349/week for Full – Day camp and $249/week for Half – day camp

Cancellation Terms:

• If a parent cancels any of the enrolled weeks, the discounted rate of $349/week will be converted to the regular pricing of $399/week for the remaining weeks of the full-day camp.
• If a parent cancels any of the enrolled weeks, the discounted rate of $249/week will be converted to the regular pricing of $299/week for the remaining weeks of the Half-day camp
• Any cancellations made after this deadline may result in forfeiture of fees of $50 for the canceled week.
• In case of cancellation for all the enrolled weeks  a service fee of 5% will be charged and the remaining will be refunded 

Cancellation Procedure:

• Parents must notify the camp administration at least 7 days in advance of the canceled week to avoid penalty charges.

Refunds:

• Refunds for canceled weeks will be issued in two business days.

Makeup Policy: No Makeup

Exceptions:

• Exceptions to this policy may be considered in extenuating circumstances, subject to approval by camp management.

• No makeup sessions are available; fees are non-refundable.
• In extenuating circumstances, a 5% service fee will be applied, with the remaining fee refunded.

Private Programs offers as below if the student is unable to attend the classes due to any of the reason.

• 3 Make up for a 10 classes Package
• 1 Make up for a Monthly Private

There will be no make up classes for the Career Development Trainings

We charge a booking fee (Currenly $25 per student) for the TAG Assessment
This fee is charged to cover the adminstrative charges involved in scheduling teachers, pay for extra teachers,Assessment materials ,make the parents commit to the schedule they choose. We use portion of the fee to pay for the calendly app which helps scheduling .
Once reserved we will not refund the booking fee. Parents can cancel the session requested but the fee won’t be refunded.
Please don’t book sessions if you are not sure about your availability.

Scenario 1: Payment of $147 or Less (Regular Classes)

• Monthly Payment and Class Scheduling: With a payment of $147 or less, 4 classes are scheduled each month.
• Total Classes Counted for Charges: Charges are based on the actual number of classes attended rather than the scheduled classes alone.
• Example: If a parent pays $147 monthly but the student attends fewer than 4 classes, the unused balance may be refunded or credited. Conversely, if more classes are attended, additional charges may apply.
• Purpose: This setup ensures charges are aligned with attendance, not just a flat monthly rate.

Scenario 2: Payment of $167 or More (Regular Classes)

• Monthly Schedule: If the parent pays $167 or more, the monthly schedule may include 4 or 5 classes.
• Tracking and Charges: The total number of classes attended over the subscription period is tracked, with final charges adjusted based on attendance.
• Purpose: If the student attends more than the base 4 classes per month, charges align with the actual attendance, allowing for any necessary adjustments (refund or credit) according to the parent’s preference.

Scenario 3: Private Classes

• Monthly Schedule and Billing: Private classes are billed at an agreed rate for 4 scheduled classes per month.
• Attendance-Based Adjustment: At the end of the subscription, charges reflect the actual number of private classes attended.
• Outcome: If all scheduled classes are attended, charges match the payments made. If fewer or additional classes are attended, adjustments (refund or credit) will be made according to the parent’s preference.

For cancellations, we have a 1-month notice period. This means:

• If the cancellation form is submitted just 2 days before the next scheduled auto-charge, we won’t be able to process the cancellation in time to prevent that month’s charge.
• In this case, the card will still be charged as scheduled for that month, and the cancellation will take effect only after this current charge.

This ensures that we have sufficient time to process cancellations without impacting the scheduled billing cycle. Let me know if you have any questions!
