Monthly Math , English and Coding Homework is divided into 3 parts
1, Workbook – 2 days
2, Worksheets – 1 day
3. IXL – 2 days
4. Self-study – 1 day
IXL homework is based on lesson plan sent by Meena. Please contact meena@parinama.academy in case you have questions
Workbook and worksheets have to be assigned by this your teacher. Please ask the teacher to assign at end of class.
We request parents to help us identifying and working with your kid on self-study part of optional homework. This will help your kid learn concepts from sources other than what we assign.
We want kids to spend 15min every night after dinner if possible – some trigger (shower or dinner or any other consistent activity at your home in the night) and that trigger should initiate home learning/home work activity.
From time to time we assign homework through Google classroom . You will get an email when you do . Ask for classcode to join Google classroom
For Grade 3 and above – you can request for STAAR test to be taken home.
We will also give assessments to be done at home based on your request.
Please note that the count of sheets / homework assigned for Weekly 1 and Weekly 2 Classes will differ

In order for your kid to get better in chess we are going to need your kid to practice chess
We recommend the following homework schedule
1. Workbook – 2 days a week – use our workbook or the workbook given to you or you bought based on our recommendation
2. Play with a kid or worst case an adult – 2 times a week
3. Log in and work on chess kid.com – 2 days a week
4. Self-study – learn any topic of your choosing on 1 day and come back to discuss about the same
5. Check Google classroom home learning assignments that we sent from time to time.
