Enrollment Duration:

• Parents who enroll for more than 4 weeks are eligible for a discounted rate of $349/week for Full – Day camp and $249/week for Half – day camp

Cancellation Terms:

• If a parent cancels any of the enrolled weeks, the discounted rate of $349/week will be converted to the regular pricing of $399/week for the remaining weeks of the full-day camp.
• If a parent cancels any of the enrolled weeks, the discounted rate of $249/week will be converted to the regular pricing of $299/week for the remaining weeks of the Half-day camp
• Any cancellations made after this deadline may result in forfeiture of fees of $50 for the canceled week.
• In case of cancellation for all the enrolled weeks  a service fee of 5% will be charged and the remaining will be refunded 

Cancellation Procedure:

• Parents must notify the camp administration at least 7 days in advance of the canceled week to avoid penalty charges.

Refunds:

• Refunds for canceled weeks will be issued in two business days.

Cancellation Procedure:

Makeup Policy: No Makeup

Exceptions:

• Exceptions to this policy may be considered in extenuating circumstances, subject to approval by camp management.

Private Programs offers as below if the student is unable to attend the classes due to any of the reason.

• 3 Make up for a 10 classes Package
• 1 Make up for a Monthly Private

There will be no make up classes for the Career Development Trainings
